After they increased their price plans this week by a staggering 17%, roughly $5 per month, we thought Virgin was taking us Canadians all the way to the bank.
Today it seems they have somewhat renewed our trust by offering the lowest price available on the BlackBerry Curve 8330 with $39.99 on a 3-year plan. The big 3 had the BlackBerry price around $49 until we heard low stock was causing the increase.
TELUS increased their Curve to $99.99, Bell also increased their Curve 8330 to $99.95 and even Rogers could not be left out and decided to increased their 8320 to $99.99.
It was January 18th that we saw Virgin increase the price of the Curve 8330 to $79.99 on a 3-year plan. They probably got major backlash for the price plan increase this week or have way too many of these in stock. So if you’re looking to get a BlackBerry Curve 8330 you can get the best deal right now at Virgin. The monthly plans start at $15 and go up to $60… as always make sure you read the fine print.
