Calgary-based Multiplied Media, creators of “Poynt” has been working with “SEARCHTEQ GmbH (formerly t-info), a joint venture between Deutsche Telekom Medien GmbH (DeTeMedien) and directory publishers in Germany to develop its Poynt application for the German market”.
Poynt is a free BlackBerry app that helps you find local information faster. German customers will be able to search businesses through suchen.de and will also be able to get movie info (provided by kino.de.s) and directions, view trailers and read the reviews.
I am guessing with this news that the German BlackBerry market is growing.
