There has been many sightings of the upcoming Rogers BlackBerry Curve 8520. First we saw the leaked inventory shots, then images of the actual device, promotional material and even the dummy phones arrived earlier this week.
However, good news has come up today as Best Buy has decided to put the unreleased Rogers BlackBerry Curve 8520 as available. They state that “This product is only available in-store”. What’s even better is they have given us the price points… a nice round $99.99 on a 3-year contract and no contract has this new Curve listed for $449.99. Very decent intro prices!
Best Buy describes the new Curve as “The Rogers BlackBerry 8520 is a great QWERTY device with media features, easy trackpad navigation, and numerous applications. The MP3 player has dedicated media keys and the 2.0MP camera has video recording capability, along with 5x zoom. It’s also Wi-Fi ready, offers popular instant messaging applications, and has an expandable microSD card slot.”
Still nothing official from Rogers about a release date… but you can bet it’s around the corner.
