Last week we posted an internal doc that Virgin was getting ready to launch the Bold 9780 (a refresh of the Bold 9700) on October 21st for $149.99 on their SuperTab/contract. However, an internal doc shows Bell getting ready to launch BlackBerry Bold 9780 on November 2nd. This will apparently be available for $499.99 no-contract in both black and white. As for specs the 9780 runs the new BlackBerry 6 OS, has a 2.4-inch display (resolution of 480×360), 624 MHz Processor, 512 MB of RAM, 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash, Bluetooth 2.1.
It could be possible that Virgin will release this before Bell as they released the HTC Legend a few days ahead of them.
