Public Mobile is offering another incentive for potential customers to sign up. Reps are hanging around various subway stations in Toronto (Union, Finch and Kennedy) handing out flyers that offer a free December TTC Metropass when they purchase a Kyocera G2GO phone ($99) and sign up for the $40 plan. Pretty good deal considering a Metropass costs $121.
Update: We’ve been informed from Public that “This is a two day offer. It is good for a regular priced G2GO phone (now $99) and with the $40 plan. Customers can’t combine this offer with other offers. And if they return the phone, they have to return the TTC pass as well.”
