Virgin has come out with a couple new plans – a $60 Smartphone Combo Plan and a $40 Canada-Wide Combo Plan. As usual these are a promo and are only “around for a limited time” but can be combined with their recent 2 months of free data and Mobile TV Promo. Here are the details:
