A few weeks ago we let you know that the HTC Incredible S was heading to Canada and we can now confirm April 4th is the launch date. Bell will exclusively releasing and both Virgin and SaskTel will soon follow. Reading over the internal doc it states this has a retail price of $499.95 but no other contract prices are listed.
We’ve mentioned the specs before but this comes with Android OS 2.2 (no info if this will be upgraded to 2.3), a 4-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 resolution, 1 GHz processor, 8 megapixel camera with Dual LED Flash and records 720p HD videos, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, comes with an 8GB microSD card (holds up to 32GB), reaches peak download speeds of 14.4 Mbps and Bell states that you can “Share the up to 14.4Mbps 4G connection with up to 8 Wi-Fi enabled devices with Mobile Hotspot”.
