The BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 upgrade has been confirmed by RIM to be available sometime in February. This long awaited OS will bring several new features, plus ones that should have been included when the tablet was initially released. During our hands-on time with it at CES this year it certainly felt like a new PlayBook experience. Earlier rumours pointed towards the PlayBook OS 2.0 to be available on Friday, February 17th, and today new rumours are reporting the same date, but with the final OS version being 2.0.0.7473. Of course, nothing confirmed until RIM unleashes it to the public. In the meantime, check out our hands on here.
