We may have leaked it a couple times already, but according to a source at MoDaCo, the upcoming LG flagship will be outfitted with a 4.7-inch 720p screen, a Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and a 2000mAh battery.
This is confirmation of a second Tegra 3-powered device to launch at MWC after the HTC Endeavour, and it should be a close contest. The LG device is also expected to have a 16GB internal storage, an 8MP back camera and 1.3MP front camera, running Android 4.0.3.
The Quadrant benchmark is quite impressive, since it’s running the newest multi-core compatible version. The Tegra 3-powered X3 totaled 4412. In comparison, my Galaxy Nexus achieved a score of 2498. We’re hoping the real-world performance will be equally as good, but not so good at the expense of battery life.
LG’s device should be launching in Canada, and when it does there’s a good chance it will be the performance king, at least for a little while.
