Want even more Nokia Lumia 900 news? Checking out the Nokia Mobile World Congress 2012 press conference keynote gives a bit more insight into when the LTE Windows Phone device will launch. Rogers said sometime “this Spring”, but Nokia’s CEO Stephen Elop, who’s also a Canadian, narrows down the date.
Elop stated that “Earlier this year we announced the Lumia 900 for the United States with AT&T. It was built for people who care about design, that love technology, and enjoy watching video, browsing the web or playing games. It’s won a number of awards and we’re getting great feedback on this product. And I’m pleased to share that we’re going to expand the Nokia Lumia 900 beyond the United States. I am personally excited to announce that in April the Lumia 900 will be available on LTE in Canada, my home country, with Rogers.”
All that’s missing now are a date in April, plus price plans. Video is below (apologies for the poor quality)
