Facebook for iPad has been updated to support the new iPad’s Retina Display, among other notable improvements.
The app, which was released last year after a long delay, has steadily improved over the months, but there were some lingering bugs that version 4.1.1 takes care of. Now you can go offline in a chat situation, which was a big deal for a lot of users, and errant issues like incorrect names on tagged photos are resolved.
Most importantly, Facebook for iPad now supports the new Retina Display, though we can’t tell much of a difference to be honest.
