The elusive Windows Phone 8-powered Samsung ATIV S is still “coming soon,” but can now be reserved via the Rogers Online Reservation System. If going this route piques your interest, you’ll need to drop $40 down as a deposit. I can’t really see it selling out or experiencing the same demand as the GS III.
