Here it is, Canada! As expected, Samsung’s Windows Phone 8-powered device has finally made it to our fine land. The ATIV S is now available via TELUS, Bell and Rogers. We reported earlier this week that “quantities are limited,” so you better act fast. We’re unsure if stock arrived in-stores but online sales are currently available.
As for specs, the ATIV S has a similar design to the Galaxy S III, sports a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display, 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 8MP camera, a 1.9MP front-facing camera, 1GB RAM. Prices range from $29.99 on a 3-year to $99.99. In addition, outright price will cost you between $599.99 and $650.
