According to an internal doc we received we can now confirm that the Nokia Lumia 620 will be available at TELUS on February 22nd. This Windows Phone 8 device will also be heading to Koodo Mobile. The price is is $250 outright or free on a 2-year and is an uber entry level smartphone, but has respectable specs with its 1 GHz dual core Snapdragon processor, 3.8-inch display (480 x 800), 5MP camera that shoots 720p HD video and can hold up to 64GB with a microSD card.
