TELUS has once again updated their “Upcoming software updates schedule” and while the anticipated Jelly Bean updates for various Android handsets seem to be pushed back a bit, there’s good news for BlackBerry Z10 owners!
The Z10 is currently sitting at OS version 10.0.10.261 and according to TELUS we’ll possibly see BlackBerry 10.1 come in March – they list it as having an “expected in-market date.” No word on what this version will include, but hopefully it’ll fix some of the known issues users have been reporting. As for the Android devices scoring the official Jelly Bean 4.1 update, HTC One S and Samsung Galaxy Rugby LTE users are estimated for an upgrade in March, plus the Samsung Galaxy S IIX and Galaxy Note are penciled in for sometime in April.
It should also be stated that TELUS notes that “Expected dates are estimates and are subject to change.”
