Halifax-based Eastlink is sure making up for some lost time. After delaying their wireless launch by a few months the company has added another smartphone to their growing collection. The Alcatel One Touch 991s is an entry-level Android that runs OS 2.3 Gingerbread, has a 4-inch display, 3.2 MP camera, 800 MHz processor and a 1500 mAh battery. The price is respectable at $179 outright, or $19.99 on their easyTab.
In addition to this device, Eastlink will soon launch the BlackBerry Z10 and the Samsung Galaxy S4.
