Microsoft has issued a small update — it’s second — for Windows Phone 8.1 Preview, readying the release for later this summer.
The 21MB over-the-air download brings the build up to 8.10.12393.890, and adds just a couple of user-facing improvements. According to WPCentral, Quiet Hours are now global and don’t need Cortana, which isn’t officially available to Canadians, to be set up. Microsoft has also slightly tweaked the startup logo to include the words “Windows Phone” rather than just the logo.
Things appear to be quiet in the realm of Windows Phone post-Nokia folding in to the company, but rest assured that the Lumia 930 and its smaller brother, the 630, will be coming to market soon enough.
