TELUS has taken a page out of Jimmy Kimmel’s “Celebrities Read Mean Tweets” bit with “Angry Tweets.” The carrier has posted a few videos showing TELUS employees reading angry customer tweets with the profanity being silenced out by a duck quack.
TELUS, who is Canada’s second largest wireless carrier in terms of subscribers, is highlighting the point that they are listening to its customers. The recent Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications (CCTS) study showed that out of the 11,340 complaints, TELUS accounted for 653 of them (5.76%).
