LVMH Group, the company behind many popular luxury brands including TAG Heuer, is preparing to enter the smartwatch space this fall. According to a report in Bloomberg, TAG will go head-to-head with Apple, pricing its premium Android Wear smartwatch at an estimated $1,400 USD.
At a grand opening of a store in Dubai, Biver continued his diatribe against Apple, saying, “I hope they sell millions and millions and millions of them… The more they sell the more a few people will want something different and come to TAG Heuer.”
