Galaxy Note 5 specs and press render leak online

Note 5 and edge+ press render

Thanks to (in)famous device leaker Evan Blass, we now have our clearest look yet at the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge+.

On Friday evening, Blass posted press renders of the Note 5 and edge+ on his Twitter account. While we’ve seen photos of both devices several times already, they’re still interesting, and it’s possible to get a good look at the Note’s new S-Pen.

Blass then went on to post the supposed specs for a device that’s codenamed “Noble”. This, many are assuming, is Samsung’s internal name for the Note 5.

According to Blass, this smartphone will feature a 5.66-inch 2560×1440 pixel display, a 16 megapixel back-facing shooter and a 5 megapixel selfie taker, Samsung’s own Exynos 7420 system on a chip, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

Like the company’s most recent devices, the Note 5 will apparently not feature an SD slot for storage expansion, and the battery will not be user replaceable.

With Samsung set to make a major announcement on August 13th, we won’t have to wait much longer to find to find out what the company has in store for Q4 smartphone buyers.
