The Pebble Time Steel, Pebble’s premium version of its latest smartwatch, can now be pre-ordered directly from the company’s website.
The cost is $249 (USD) for the base models in black, grey or gold. If you want to splurge a bit more and purchase the matching steel strap in either gold, gunmetal black, or brushed silver, then you’ll have to fork over an additional $50.
Pebble, which is led by Canadian-born Eric Migicovsky, is showing a shipping date of six to eight weeks, so if you order the smartwatch today, you’ll like receive it sometime mid-September. Those who backed the smartwatch on Kickstarter should receive it by the end of August.
