The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 received a small 54MB update today to clear up some bugs and performance issues found since the phone launched in Canada at the end of August.
The new build, VLU1AOI1, was compiled on September 4th, nearly two months after the software that shipped on the device.
According to Samsung’s change log, the build may contain new feature, but it isn’t willing to say. How helpful.
The update should be available now across all Samsung Galaxy Note 5 models and carriers (my unit is Telus-branded). We’ve reached out to Samsung for more details, including whether a similar update can be expected for the S6 edge+.
