The CCTS will unveil its annual number of complaints next week.
In April, the CCTS unveiled its first mid-year report of complaints (August 1, 2014 to January 3, 2015) and found that the overall number of complaints declined 8.5 percent from the same period from a year before. Bell topped the list with 1,989 accepted complaints, 36.3 percent of the total. Rogers followed in a close second with 1,240 complaints, representing 22.6 percent of the total, and Wind Mobile accumulated 361 complaints.
