The Huawei Watch was first unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2015 and officially launched in Canada last September. This is the first Android Wear smartwatch by Huawei and has seen a fair share of promos, but none to the extent that Google is currently offing it up for.
In an effort to clear inventory and Mother’s Day blitz, Google and Huawei have discounted its Watch by $125, which brings the price down to $374 for the Silver Mesh model and $454 for the Black Links version. Google notes that the promo ends May 9th and the discount is applied at checkout.
The Huawei Watch has a 1.4-inch 400×400 pixel AMOLED display, a quad-core 1.2Ghz Snapdragon 400 processor, 4GB storage, 512MB RAM, a 300 mAh battery, and all the expected sensors – gyroscope, accelerometer, PPG (Heart Rate Sensor), barometer – with iPhone support on devices running iOS 8.2 and higher. Of course, all Android devices running version 4.3 and higher are also compatible.
