With the LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style not scheduled to arrive in Canada until sometime later this year, it was looking like Canadians would have to wait a while before they got their hands on Android Wear 2.0. Thankfully, that no longer appears to be the case as two smartwatch OEMs announced their Wear 2.0 update plans on Tuesday.
Responding to a question from a Twitter user, the official Fossil Twitter account said Android Wear 2.0 will start rolling out to Fossil smartwatches on March 15 (tomorrow). Fossil doesn’t mention it in its tweet, but the update will come to all of its current Android Wear smartwatches, including the Fossil Q Founder, Q Marshall and Q Wander.
Android Wear 2.0 roll out to our devices begins March 15th. Stay tuned!

Similarly, TAG Heuer announced its plan to push Android Wear 2.0 to its Connected Watch — the $1,650 smartwatch the company announced back in 2015, not the new modular smartwatch it announced earlier today — later this month.
.@TAGHeuer CEO Jean-Claude Biver confirms that @AndroidWear 2.0 will be coming for the original Connected at the end of the month.
