A spokesperson from Bell confirmed to MobileSyrup that the carrier is shifting to a paperless billing model by next year.
Although most customers already receive paperless billing, nearly all customers will soon be receiving an eBill. Bell has started to notify customers who still receive a paper bill that they will be getting eBills in 2020.
However, customers who don’t have internet access or an email address will still be receiving a paper bill without a fee.
