I recently received a text from Koodo offering 100GB of 5G data for $70/month. I currently subscribe to Koodo’s 60GB $60/a month plan, so for an extra $10, this offer would net me an additional 40GB.
This offer seems to be targeted at Koodo subscribers on the flanker brand’s 60GB $60/month plan, given the language of the text I received. It’s worth noting this plan isn’t listed on Koodo’s website.
For comparison, Koodo’s current and only 5G plan option is $65/mo for 60GB of data with a $271.20 bill credit, which works out to $11.30/mo. It also comes with free Amazon Prime for three months.
I likely won’t take advantage of this offer because I can’t even make a dent in the 60GB of data I have, especially with rollover (some months, I already have over 100GB).
