App updates galore! Every week, developers push out updates to your favourite applications. There’s just too many for us to dedicate an individual post to every app, especially when the updates are often very minor or just to add one specific feature.
This week brought us a major overhaul for Flipboard on both iOS and Android with a complete redesign and a new Daily Edition magazine for users in select countries. We also saw a major WhatsApp update hit Windows Phone with improvements to performance, the ability to share your location, captions for photos and video, archiving, and better support for high-res devices. Nike+ for iOS got HealthKit support, while Fitbit received updates across iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
