Ahead of Google’s October 4th event, the Pixel and Pixel XL have both surfaced on Telus’ website.
It look like Google’s new smartphone will come in both white and black and that it will be available for pre-order on October 4th, the same day the phone is scheduled to be officially revealed. Unfortunately, pricing is not listed.
Notable on the home screen is a new G icon, a new feature that’s rumoured to give users easy access to search (voice or text) without saying “OK Google.”
The Android 7.1 Nougat-powered Pixel is expected to sport a 5-inch 1920 x 1080 pixel display, while the larger Pixel XL will feature a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 pixel screen.
