Checking out this new Koodo Mobile brochure that a tipster sent into us seems they’re getting ready to launch some new plans and add-ons. We understand they’ll go into place effective tomorrow (Monday, July 26th) and below is what you can expect. The plans will now be $25, $30, $40, $50 and $70. The Talk and Text and the Unlimited Incoming Combo stays the same but new is the “Stay Social Combo” for $40 per month, and a new “More Nationwide Talk and Text Combo” which has the highest price tag of $70 per month. New “Stay Social Combo for $40 per month that includes:
– Unlimited Messaging (Text and Picture)
– Unlimited Incoming calls
– Up to 300 Anytime minutes
– Social Add-on included
– 7pm Evening & Weekends included
New More Nationwide Talk and Text Combo” is for $70 per month that includes:
– No Long Distance or Roaming Charges within Canada
– Unlimited Messaging (Text and Picture)
– Up to 1,000 Nationwide Anytime minutes
– 7pm Evening & Weekends
– Call Display and Voicemail included
In addition, most likely in the anticipation of the upcoming INQ Chat 3G and the Samsung Elevate, Koodo will also be offering a couple new add-ons. It’s generally the same features as the current BlackBerry Social and BlackBerry Connect but conveniently re-named “Social Networking” and “Data Connect” Social Add-On.
“Social Networking” is for $10 per month and includes up to 100 MB of web, Windows Live Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, plus more
“Data Connect” is for $25 per month and includes up to up to 500 MB of e-mail web, Windows Live Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, plus more.
