Public Mobile launches ZTE C70, discounts others


Public Mobile recently came off a promo that gave 50% off the price of their phones plus 1-month free service. As expected, today they released a new device – the ZTE C70. This slider is available for $50 outright and has a 2-inch display (resolution of 176 x 220), 0.3 megapixel camera, 2.5mm headset jack plus all the standard features such as contacts, calendar, Bluetooth.

On another Public Mobile note, we’ve been informed that they’ll start phasing out the ZTE C78 (now available for $45) from their lineup and be discounting the following devices to these prices until October 3rd: Kyocera Tomo will be $80 (was $110), Samsung R312 will be $90 (was $125) and the Kyocera G2GO will be available for $99 (was $140).
