The TELUS HTC Surround launched back in November and so did the cases to protect it. Looks like TELUS is taking some steps to prevent any future issues to the product as they have issues a recall on the cases. According to the internal doc we received it states that “Due to a manufacturing defect causing a misfit, TELUS is recalling all HTC Surround 7 hard cover case units via a RMA process.” This case retails for $15.99 and includes all the colours: Clear, Blue, Purple, Red, Turquoise, Black, Pink and Silver.
