It was only a matter of time before the first OEMs were going to tease Android 4.0 on their upcoming tablet lines, and Asus with its Tegra 3-powered Transformer Prime is in good shape to be the first. The Taiwanese giant is getting ready to release its 10.1″ tablet before the end of the year, and they’re partnering with NVIDIA to show off a brief demo of the improvements in Ice Cream Sandwich for tablets.
While it isn’t the drastic aesthetic overhaul as Android phones are receiving, there are some visual improvements as well as functional ones, such as easy folder creation and improved text input.
We can’t wait to get our hands on the Transformer Prime, so stay tuned for more details.
