The newest device to hit Koodo Mobile is far from a flagship, but at $100 outright it’s tough to complain. The Samsung GALAXY Discover is an entry-level Android running OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (probably will never be upgraded to Jelly Bean), sports a 3.5-inch display, 800MHz processor, and a 3MP camera. Koodo is bang on when they stated that this is “Perfect for those that don’t want the latest smartphone but want a phone that is affordable and doesn’t compromise on quality.” $100 for this phone is just about right.
