Toshiba Excite X10 goes up for pre-order, estimated release is February 29th

Toshiba is set to release another Android tablet in Canada next week. A quick look over at Future Shop reveals that the Excite X10, a graceful step up from the previous Thrive tablets, has been put up for pre-order. The prices are set at $549.99 outright for the 16GB, or $599.99 for the 32GB, with a tentative release date of February 29th. As for specs, this is a Wi-Fi only tablet that runs Android OS 3.2, has a 10.1-inch display (resolution of 1280 x 800), a 1.2GHz CPU, a thin 7.7mm, 2MP front facing camera and a 5MP rear facing camera.
