Bell HTC Desire Z users will be getting an software update today. It’s not Ice Cream Sandwich, but firmware 2.42.666.11 will arrive on your device OTA (over the air) and according to the internal doc we received it “provides a security enhancement to avoid any vulnerability.”
Go forth and check your device: Menu >> Settings >> About phone >> System software updates >> Check now.
