Last week, we told you that Microsoft was planning on dropping the ‘Phone’ portion of the Windows Phone brand, and today the first render of a device, the GoFone GF47W from My Go, has surfaced.
The close-up render displays a Windows logo and brand rather than the ‘Windows Phone’ logo itself, a move that is expected to bring the desktop, tablet and phone ecosystems closer together.
This particular My Go device, the GoFone, runs Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1.
