It's been another crazy week for Canadian tech. From Pixel launches to cell service on the TTC to certain billionaires offering confidently wrong opinions on CRTC regulations, it's been a doozy. Here are the highlights.

First and foremost, Google held its October Pixel event where it unveiled new smartphones, a new smartwatch, and more. You can find all of our Pixel coverage here.

Meanwhile, Rogers announced that 5G on the TTC was available for all carriers.

TD also finally got on board with mobile payments and launched support for Google Pay in Canada.

AI had a wild week too, with various major AI tools generating insane imagery, from Kirby committing 9/11 to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's butt.

Finally, we wanted to give a big shout out to everyone who donated to reBOOT Canada last weekend. We filled a big box with old tech for the charity.
