TELUS LG Optimus 7 gets Tango update, fixes numerous bugs

The TELUS LG Optimus 7 was one of the first Windows Phones released in Canada released in October 2010, but it’s always been one of the first to get updated. Like the Rogers Lumia 710, which received the Tango update a few days ago, the Optimus 7 has received an initial rollout of the upgrade.

According to TELUS, there are MMS enhancements and numerous stability improvements, alongside the requisite “disappearing keyboard bug” fix that was introduced with Mango.

To receive the update, plug in your device and open Zune or Windows Phone Connector and check for a notification. Microsoft will be rolling out the update over the next few weeks, so if you don’t have it yet check back in a few days. If you’ve received it, let us know what you think!
