Google wasn’t kidding around when it said Android 4.3 would be hitting devices today. The company has already made available the factory images — the files you need to restore your hardware to a clean state if trouble arises — on its developer page, and is in the process of pushing the update to AOSP, the open-source Android repository.
The factory images are for the Nexus 4, Nexus 7 (WiFi and HSPA+), Nexus 10 and Galaxy Nexus.
