For those who have been holding out for the popular Samsung Instinct to come down in price, Bell can kinda make your day. You’ll have to sign up for a 3-year plan but it will cost you $99.95… this is a drop of $30. This “limited time” offer ends December 24th and has to be on a monthly voice plan with an minimum “Fun 15 bundle”, which costs $15 per month… so you are not really saving much.
