Wondering what to watch on streaming?
Every week, MobileSyrup outlines some of the most notable new movies and TV shows. This documentary examines the legacy of Canadian Stampede Wrestling legend Gama Singh.
Some of the Canadian WWE stars featured in the film include Bret Hart, Chelsea Green, and Jinder Mahal.

The Woman in Cabin 10 [Netflix Original]

While on assignment on a lavish yacht, a journalist sees a woman go overboard, leading her to risk her life to uncover the truth.
Based on Ruth Ware’s novel of the same name, The Woman in Cabin 10 was co-written and directed by Simon Stone (The Dig) and stars Keira Knightley (Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy), Guy Pearce (The Brutalist), Art Malik (True Lies), and Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Loki).

This documentary explores the life and legacy of the late Torontonian actor John Candy (Planes, Trains & Automobiles).
The film was directed by Colin Hanks (Fargo), produced by Vancouver’s Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool series) and features interviews with some of Candy’s fellow Canadians, including Schitt’s Creek co-stars Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara and Ghostbusters‘ Dan Aykroyd, as well as the likes of Bill Murray (Ghostbusters), Tom Hanks (Saving Private Ryan) and Candy’s Planes, Trains & Automobiles co-star Steve Martin.

Maintenance Required [Amazon Original]

Maintenance Required was directed by Lacey Uhlemeyer in her feature debut and stars Madelaine Petsch (Riverdale), Jacob Scipio (Bad Boys franchise), Madison Bailey (Outer Banks) and Katy O’Brian (The Mandalorian).
