Samsung Omnia get ripped apart!

omnia15If you are feeling frustrated at any level you must remember that you should never take it out on yourself, or anyone in your circle. Instead, let the fine people over at PhoneWreck take care of your pent up anger by showing you how to demolish perfectly good devices.

In the past we have seen a busted up BlackBerry Curve 8900 and Sony Ericsson X1. Recently they took some time to review and take apart the Samsung Omnia. This launched back in April with TELUS and Bell. The OMNIA is a 3.2 inch touchscreen (240 x 400 pixels) device that weighs a 125 grams, has dimensions of 112 x 56.9 x 12.5mm, 5 megapixel camera (auto focus, and flash). The Omnia has Samsung’s “Sharepix” that allows you to instantly upload pics to sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Flickr.

You would never see me doing this to any phone I ever owned. However, everyone has a hobby of some sorts. PhoneWreck says “At a time when everybody and their brother/sister seems to be creating an iPhone clone, the Samsung Omnia came out as a fully featured device to meet the requirements and fill the voids that exist in Apples highly acclaimed platform. This device is well built. As such, it was a little bit tricky to take apart. Thankfully, all shielding was clip in and the device’s brains were easily revealed. Muahahahaha”
