Videotron has announced their Q2 2009 results and have increased the number of wireless subscribers by 5,468 for a total customer base of 73,483. Recently Videotron has also signed roaming agreements with Rogers and T-Mobile USA, Inc., to help them build out their upcoming wireless network. They have also stated that they’ve reached tower-sharing agreements with Rogers and Bell Mobility for a number of locations in Quebec and the Ottawa.

Robert Depatie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Videotron said “The Company welcomes these new partnerships, which will equip us to offer our future customers wireless services across Canada and the U.S. The tower-sharing agreements will benefit both Videotron and the general public by limiting the proliferation of new sites.”
