Fido releases Motorola W388 Renew+

Fido has released another eco-friendly device. We mentioned this a couple times over the past week and the Motorola W388 Renew+ can be yours for $15 on a 2-year contract or $65 with no contract. Fido states that the Renew+ has its CarbonFree certification and the device is 100% recyclable (made from 25% post-consumer recycled plastics, 5 gallon water jugs)

The W388 has a 1.8 inch display (resolution of 128 x 160), 2.5mm headset jack, dedicated music key and can hold up to 2GB with a microSD card. This also comes with a very basic 0.3 megapixels VGA camera, 4x digital zoom with no video capabilities. Overall dimensions are 45 x 110.97 x 14.7mm with a weight of 83 grams.
