Rogers launches Community Forum to solve customer issues

Rogers has been all over the interwebs recently. They have a team dedicated to social media and answering customer questions. In addition, “RedBoard” was kicked off a few months ago and this is their company blog. To round things out they have just launched their own “community forum” for customers and non-customers to ask/discuss anything to do with a Rogers service.

Rogers states that “these forums allow you to do just that by casting a wide net for technical help from a broad group of users just like you. If members of the community don’t have the answer to your question, our technical-supports reps are on standby to assist.”

Hopefully it won’t be too moderated. Check it here at Rogers
(There’s a video demo after the break of how to get started).
