New entrant Public Mobile has expanded their coverage outside of the GTA into Mississauga. This is good for anyone who currently has a Public Mobile device because your zone is now stretched. In a release Public stated that they currently have 6 stores open with plans to build more. As for the Mississauga coverage, here’s the reach:
– From Chinguacousy Road (Brampton) east to Highway 427
– From Highway 403 (Mississauga) east to Port Union Road (Scarborough)
– From Steeles Avenue south to Lake Ontario
Public also said that they have plans to light up Brampton before the year is over.
