Virgin is still hammering out the sales of the HTC Legend. This came packed with OS 2.1 and now they have stated on Twitter that an upgrade to OS 2.2 is in the works for a January release. Good news for Virgin Legend owners that they are not being left behind. No word yet on the Bell version.
