BlackBerry Storm 3 specs leak out…

The BlackBerry Storm 3 has been rumoured to be launching for sometime now – actually way back on September 30th, 2010 a leaked image surfaced online. Today more specs have been revealed that actually make this device worthy of its name: runs BlackBerry OS 6.1, 1.2GHz processor, 3.7-inch capacitive display with a resolution of 800 x 480, 5-megapixel camera with 720p video recording, Wi-Fi, 8GB of storage, 512MB of RAM, 3G Mobile hotspot, Optical trackpad and a 1230 mAh battery. What’s completely odd about this leak and the others from yesterday is that the NFC (Near Field Communications) capabilities are missing.

On another note about this device, N4BB reports that it’s apparently heading into production and RIM “has almost certainly dropped the SurePress”.
