Wind has just announced that the upgrade to the new BlackBerry 6 OS for the Bold 9700 and the Curve 9300 are both available for download. Unfortunately for Pearl 9100 owners you’ll have to wait a few weeks.
The internal doc from one of our tipster it states that “Starting from February 11, 2011, WIND customers using BlackBerry 9300 (Curve) and BlackBerry 9700 (Bold) smartphones will be able to enjoy new BlackBerry 6 operating system (OS). New OS for BlackBerry 9100 (Pearl) will be available in coming weeks.”
The upgrade is OS6 version 0.448 you can download via the Desktop Software Manager here at BlackBerry
